It felt really good to be working out again. My handstand holds felt pretty good. When I get tired on the handstand holds I get sloppy getting into the up position and expend more energy than necessary. I need to stand up and do a more smooth motion to the handstand as opposed to starting on my knees. I have to push up a 1/4 of the way from that bottom position and that expends much energy.
