5:30am workout at Crossfit Lee's Summit
Strength: Front Squat 5@ 65%-5@75%-Max Reps@85%
5 @ 135
5 @ 155
9 @ 175

WOD:
10:00 Amrap
5 deadlifts
5 hang power cleans
5 push presses
5 pull-up

Results
6 rounds + cleans @ 135#, strict pull ups

The pull ups, for once, were not the hardest part of this workout for me. The cleans and push press were the most taxing. Deadlifts were the easiest.
I ripped some skin off  my thumbs doing the cleans
