KB Swings
Push Ups

Results
4:01 with 20# wall ball, 53# KB

I felt like crap this morning. My eye is a little better but my body does not feel good. During the workout I was able to push and I felt pretty good. Within 30 minutes I was feeling really junky. I think I got the same sickness my son has. Not good.
