2011-01-10 Monday Crossfit LS at the YMCA

On round 1, 3rd thruster, I jacked my chin on the upward part of the thruster. I chipped off a very small piece of my front right tooth. I did not stop though, but it definitely slow me down. I should be able to get 8:30 next time I do this work out.
