2010-11-09 CrossFit LS On Ramp WOD

instructional: dead lift, clean,

WOD
3 rounds for time
10 dead lift
20 squats
10 push ups

95 lbs on dead lift, finished in 2:55

I felt pretty good. The squats got hard really quickly. I could go up 10 pounds on dead lift or complete with more intensity.
