5:30am workout at Crossfit Lee's Summit
Skill: front and back rolls. I completed a back roll to a handstand.
WOD
AMRAP 9:00
9 KB swings
9 pullups
9 toes to bar
9 hollow body rocks
Results
4 rounds + pullups. I used the rings and a 53# KB.
The rings made the pullups more difficult. I had a hard time getting in a rhythm on the pullups.It was good for me though.
