2011-03-23 Wednesday Crossfit LS

5:30am workout at Crossfit Lee's Summit
I am 30 years old today!!

Skill/Strength
Good mornings 4x5
45, 65, 75, 95

Glue Ham raises 3x20
6 sets box squats at 135

WOD
Death by pullups
1 Pull up the 1st minute, 2 the 2nd minute, 3 the 3rd...and so on. Except we start rounds at 30 seconds for the first 4 rounds.

Results
18 rounds. That is 171 pullups in about 17 minutes.

I tore my hands up pretty good on this. I should have taped up.
