5:30am workout at Crossfit Lee's Summit
My stomach is extremely sore from yesterday's workout. Coughing and laughing...yup, I can feel it. Hamstrings...yep, still fried from wednesday.
My birthday beatdown!! I turned 30 on wednesday and another guy recently turned 34, thus the workout for today.
The morning class hated me and asked I not turn 31.
Chandra played my favorite song, Eye of the Tiger by Survivor, at the beginning of the wod for me.

14:31 with 53# KB, 24 inch box, 20# wall ball
Box jumps were harder than normal because my hamstrings were sore/tired from box squats, good mornings, and kneeling jumps. Toes 2 Bar are always no fun. I did a set of 15 and then sets of 5 on those. I need to suck it up a little more on toes to bar exercises. Burpees were rough as I was pretty winded at that point.
Good news is that I am recovering more quickly after the workouts.
